ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Analytics Enablement, the Solution Designer will be a key member of the solution delivery team, contributing expertise and support throughout various development phases for solutions across diverse clients.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Solution Designer, Analytics Enablement, you'll:

Evaluate functional requirements, identify non-functional aspects, plan, structure, and document all aspects of the solution Participate in the implementation, ensuring compliance with the design, and support the analysis of issues and review of solutions Measure and communicate the required actions to execute the work, manage issues, and meet all commitments and goals, by focusing on the priorities that matter to the business groups that you support Research and experiment with available or emerging solutions and technologies to meet needs Work to improve products and services and will demonstrate high accountability and ownership Work on the architecture and design of multiple products Lead the impact analysis of new productivity improvement tools as well as identify and quantify the risks of a systems or technologies integration initiative Estimate the cost of a specific product design Design interfaces between ecosystems products

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum of five (5) years' experience and bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering Experience working with relational and no-relational database, specifically using Snowflake and Delta Lake and other database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Hive, etc) Knowledge of Terraform and Knowledge of CICD with Azure DevOps. Knowledge of database architecture and optimization for warehouses and data lake Strong Experience building big data pipelines for ETL focusing on time series data using: PySpark, Python (native), Azure Data factory, Databricks on Azure. Good knowledge of BI concepts, data modeling, and data architecture Knowledge of Azure Functionalities (Data Factory, Azure DevOps, etc Bilingualism: English and French
