RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under the guidance of the Financial Controller, as an Accounting Technician, you will be accountable for various tasks:
  • Collect and verify all essential documents from suppliers;
    
  • Create purchase orders in the accounting system;
    
  • Record delivery notes in the accounting system;
    
  • Input invoices into the accounting system;
    
  • Match invoices with delivery receipts;
    
  • Enter financial data for projects into the accounting system;
    
  • Digitize and organize documents;
    
  • Manage document filing (delivery notes and timesheets);
    
  • Contribute to process optimization;
    
  • Perform any other relevant tasks to support department operations.
    

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting degree;
  
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience;
  
• Background in construction or engineering is a valuable addition;
  
• Bilingual proficiency (French and English) is advantageous;
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
