Accouting Technician

With the anticipated growth of EBC, the financial team need to extend their operations across the country. Reporting to the headquarters the Financial Controller will be responsible to ensure operational synergy between finances and projects in the area.

RESPONSABILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, you will be responsible, as an Accounting Technician of the related tasks:

- Obtain and verify all necessary documents for each supplier;
- Make purchase orders in the accounting system;
- Receive delivery notes in the accounting system;
- Retrieve invoices in the accounting system;
- Consolidate invoices with delivery tickets;
- Enter accounting data for the project into the accounting system;
- Digitalize and classify documents;
- Carry out the archiving of documents (delivery notes and timesheets);
- Participate in the optimization of working methods;
- Perform any other related task to ensure the smooth running of the department.

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Accouting degree;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accouting;
- Experience in construction or engineering is a important asset;
- Bilinguism (French and English) will be an asset;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
