SUMMARY:
This role oversees all sales and business operations in a branch of the distribution division, focusing on profitability and growth. Acting as an entrepreneur in the market, the position leads a team to maximize profits and ROI.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise branch personnel for efficient operations;
  • Lead sales efforts for major accounts and new business;
  • Manage a team of customer service, sales, and warehouse staff;
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiencies;
  • Hire and develop a high-performance team focused on customer service and sales growth;
  • Maintain branch assets and identify new market opportunities;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe environment;
  • Provide regular reports and uphold budget adherence;
  • Promote customer and employee satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • College degree in business, marketing, or related field;
  • Seven years of sales or branch management experience in a B2B environment;
  • Knowledge of financial statements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The role involves sitting, standing, walking, and manual tasks. Vision and lifting requirements apply.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work environment varies between office and operational units, including usage of safety gear and potential travel.
