CTK Bio is a research, development and manufacturing Canadian cleantech company that converts wasted by-products into biodegradable / compostable plastic pellets and other high value materials designed to break down in managed and unmanaged environments.


Project


CTK Bio Canada is currently working on multiple organic waste based composite R&D projects with universities across Canada to replace traditional plastic.

CTK Bio Canada has a manufacturing facility for resin production and anticipates to expand industrial-scale resin plant by 2026.

To deliver on our promise to consumers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we're seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and manage our marketing and sales initiatives.


This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, handle sales inquiries, and coordinate promotional activities to ensure our brand reaches its target audience effectively.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling sample shipments.
  • Address customer inquiries, offer product information, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Help create and manage marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain records.
  • Keep organized records of sales and marketing activities, agreements, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, R&D, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required skills, Understanding, & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Sales or related field.
  • Proven Sales and Marketing experiences.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Graphic designing skills preferred.
  • Social media management skills preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM, and meeting coordination.
  • Excellent math, computer skills.
  • Organized, detailed planning and timemanagement skills
  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales & Marketing.
  • Great organizational, and negotiation skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
