Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC Lathe and CNC Milling machines to produce highquality components as per specifications.
  • Set up machines, adjust settings, and ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor machine operations, conduct quality checks, and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal performance.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience using operating and programming CNC machinery.
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand mechanical drawings.
  • Experience programming Fanuc G code and or using Fusion 360 or any 3d modeling software is an asset.
  • Confident in the use of various measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometer, telescope gauge, inside micrometer, height gauge ect.
  • Capable of machining parts to tolerances of 0.001"
- experience on manual milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, bore grinders, drill presses and broaching machines

  • Knowledge tool and die design is an asset.
