We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Machinist to join our team at 3D LASER & FABRICATION INC. The successful candidate will assist our experienced machinists in setting up and operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet quality standards.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations.
  • Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • English language proficiency.
