How you will create impact:

  • Investigate and analyze business requirements to determine optimal established standardized and supported technology solution (as developed by the Technical team) to best meet client needs, taking into consideration financial sustainability and collaborating with Technical teams as necessary. Solutions may be unique and complex and require a full understanding of available options
  • Coordinate the build and configuration of technology through internal or external Integration Centre services, depending on what makes sense from a financial and client service perspective.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure hardware and software solutions are delivered in a responsive manner, with quality, and meet client expectations.
  • Plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate the deployment of the recommended technology solutions.
  • Clear communication with clients based on all functions and services provided by the Deployment team.
  • Respond to user requests for information and assist in problem resolution, which may involve the inclusion of other team resources and confirming the client's need is fulfilled.
  • Establish and ensure adherence to Deployment Services standards and ITIL service standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through communication, collaboration, reliability, and respect.

To join our team:

  • Postsecondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 23 years technology related work experience in a large professional organization with 2,000+ staff.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software solutions in a business environment.
  • Knowledge of basic configuration of technology being supported.

  • Extended work hours, including weekends, may be required during peak periods.
