We are looking for someone to develop and implement Technology Controls and Information Security related policies, programs and tools.
You will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect Innovapost.
You may also participate in projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Understand the access model and brings security awareness to the product teams on applicable standards/policies
- Responsible for oversight and governance for identity and access management (IAM), including role creation and modification, user creation and assignment with Central User Administration (CUA) and assignment of Structural Authorizations
- Coordinate remediation all security related blockers, critical and high issues such as assisting to resolve escalated security for their expertise when/if required, including assessing vulnerability impact
- Assist in implementing a testing strategy for credentials management, code quality, vulnerability assessment, secrets management, and other roles & authorization related development.
- Perform various security audits, streamline security process and procedures including oversight and governance on realtime SecOps dashboards.
- Work with business and project teams to manage access requests and changes as well as approvals, related issues by following the standardized processes and procedures
- Analyze, review and troubleshoot segregation of Duties (SOD) issues, in addition to ensuring SOD is respected and embedded in the development work
- Provide support regarding safe code migrations (Transport) in all Cloud environments
- Prepare and maintain security related documents as and when required
- Liaise between product teams and the Security App Sec Lead, including Security COE to implement security framework, security testing strategies and analysis requirements for static and dynamic testing, and leading practices defined by Security CEO at enterprise level
- Leverage the threat modelling framework and oversight ensuring close integration with security requirements and controls.
- Work with business and IT teams to troubleshoot access related issues by following the standardized processes and procedures
- Oversee and manage security audits against the systems, processes, and network infrastructure according to existing security policies and standards
What does it take for this role to be yours?:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to serve as a lead expert resource in technology controls and information security for project teams, organization and outside vendors
- Demonstrated ability to participate in complex, comprehensive or large projects and initiatives.
Additional skills that set you apart:
- Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of organization, technology controls, security and risk issues
- Expertise in threat modeling frameworks
- Handling security Incidents, Changes and Service Requests using IT service management tools and methodologies (ITIL)
- Proficient in cloud security solutions, working with major cloud computing service providers
- OWASP Top 10, STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK framework or similar
- Asset
