Plus spécifiquement, la personne recherchée aura à accomplir ces 3 phases:
PLANIFICATION DE PRODUCTION
- Effectuer la planification de la production hebdomadaire, incluant l'ordonnancement des moules sur les différentes presses à injection ainsi que les pièces non-conformes à inspecter, dans un contexte de juste-à-temps dans le secteur automobile & de commodités;
- Analyser les requis des clients et évaluer les besoins de main d'œuvre, en respectant la convention collective;
- Analyser et optimiser la planification à moyen et long terme pour déterminer la capacité de nos équipements et élaborer différentes approches possibles (_capacity analysis_);
- Répondre aux billets de capacité émis par les OEM/clients;
- Coordonner les tests de production / ingénierie;
- Gérer l'inventaire et la fabrication lors de changements d'ingénierie;
- Effectuer le suivi de la production de manière quotidienne afin de s'assurer du respect du calendrier de production;
- Communiquer les changements de production de dernières minutes ainsi que les enjeux aux superviseurs;
- Effectuer le suivi de l'inventaire des produits en cours et finis en maximisant le niveau de nos inventaires par rapport aux différentes contraintes opérationnelles;
- Gérer les commandes des sous-traitants externes.

GESTION DE LA PRODUCTION
- Assurer le _coaching_ des superviseurs de production par sa présence quotidienne sur le terrain en usine;
- Communiquer les attentes et mobiliser les employés dans l'atteinte des objectifs;
- Atteindre les objectifs en conformité avec le plan d'opérations et stratégique;
- Coordonner et exécuter les activités de production jusqu'au transfert à l'expédition;
- Suivre les différents indicateurs pour la production (rejets, qualité, efficacité, etc.) et participer à la mise en place de plans d'actions, s'il y a lieu, et à la réalisation de ceux-ci.
