About the Senior Front End Engineer Position

The Senior Front End Engineer is responsible for creating clean, efficient, standards compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across a wide range of web sites and web applications.

Be able to deliver the Front End portion of projects on time and on budget.
Evaluate frameworks, technologies and tools and determine their relevance to a particular project or the wider department.

Write the majority of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on a project based on prototypes, designs, and functional documentation.
Work closely with the Front End Architect to understand project needs and learn new development technologies.

Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Knowledge of one or more JavaScript frameworks, React preferred. Strong command of web standards, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience developing large web sites and web applications.
Experience building headless architectures
3+ years working with React.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Experienced in evaluating and implementing front-end technologies, with a focus on React.
Strong understanding of web development standards and best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and modern web development tools.
Previous experience in developing large-scale websites and web applications.
