The Opportunity


The Customer Service Support Representative will provide product/services information and support to resolve any emerging challenges that our customer accounts face with accuracy and efficiency to ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers on Modular Software's proprietary products and solutions.
  • Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming requests from end users.
  • Identify and escalate system problems.
  • Develop training materials, reference guides and new feature updates for users.

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain/ warehouse environment.
  • 5+ years Customer Service.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking and the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving conflict while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Team oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
