Responsibilities:

  • Program "pick and place equipment" and other production equipment
  • Use logic controllers to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accurate measurements
  • Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble, fabricate, and modify components
  • Read and interpret schematics and electrical wiring diagrams
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures
  • Train and mentor other operators
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a technician role or similar field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
