Responsibilities:
- Program "pick and place equipment" and other production equipment
- Use logic controllers to diagnose and resolve issues
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accurate measurements
- Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble, fabricate, and modify components
- Read and interpret schematics and electrical wiring diagrams
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Train and mentor other operators
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a technician role or similar field is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
