We are looking for an experienced office clerk with construction experience to join our team.

Position Objective:

To assist the Accounting administrator and the Project manager.

Perform daily accounting functions:

  • Accounts payable processing via TimberScan
  • Scan and organize packing slips
  • Code and post Credit card slips into Sage 300
  • Daily review of timecards through Heavy Job
  • Prepare payroll reports to submit to Payroll department
  • Assist the Accounting administrator with general duties

Project Coordinator tasks:

  • Create new project binders
  • Prepare progress billings with PM
  • Enter purchase orders, change orders in Sage
  • General tasks as requested by PM

Core skills required:

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Able to exhibit good judgement and manage confidential tasks.
  • Possess a can do attitude

Computer skills required:

  • Good working knowledge of Sage 300 / Timberline
  • Proficient with Excel, Teams and Word.

Experience Required:

  • Previous Accounts payable experience
  • Civil experience preferred, but construction experience required.
