Who we are:
We are seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Specialist on the development side in our Analytics department.
Position Details:
Who We Are:
- Analyze business requirements and develop proposed solution design & architecture
- Extract, transform and analyze complex data elements from a variety of database servers and systems with focus on development/deployment of automated solutions
- Write complex SQL queries
- Build and maintain PowerBI elements including reports, dashboards and datasets
- Build and maintain SSRS reports
- Build and maintain solutions to support business process including compensation models, voice of the customer invitation files and feeds as required by business vendors
- Provide support to the business in target setting and KPI development
Who You Are:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields
- 1+ years of experience with BI tools (SSRS, PowerBI, QlikSense)
- 1+ years of handson coding in SQL and DAX
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
- 1+ years of experience designing/developing and deploying Microsoft SQL Server Integration packages is preferred
- 1+ years of experience with query debugging, optimization and performance tuning in a big data environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in business intelligence lifecycle
- Experience developing and implementing enterprisescale reports and dashboards
- Ability to take complex data and visualize to identify and describe creative solutions to analytical and data problems
- Attention to detail and high aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to critically think and bring an outside of the box lens to problems
- Good communication skills
