You have great time management skills and are able to multitask as you move through different areas of your job—including handling new enquiries, follow ups, and processing documentation. You understand that the relationship with the customer is paramount, and you are committed to an exceptional standard of customer service. You can work under pressure whilst ensuring accuracy.
  • Someone who is keen to learn and has an appetite for knowledge. You are excited to keep updated with new product and thrive on continuing to build an intimate knowledge of our product.
  • Sales Experience. You have demonstrated experience working in a sales environment and have knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable in a webbased environment

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Previous experience in travel sales preferred and/or experience within the travel industry
  • Travel industry education and/or firsthand travel experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Role:

  • Draw on your proven sales performance to convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Ensure all bookings are processed with careful attention to detail.
  • Develop longlasting connections with your customers, creating referrals and repeat business.
  • Channel your love of travel and your personal experiences abroad to guide and sell our product.
  • Help maximize and grow sales, facilitate inbound/outbound sales calls/chats and web enquiries, track and followingup sales leads
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth client experience
