CanEest Concrete Cutting & Coring in Leduc is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our successful sales team.
Must have experience with concrete cutting and coring, _NOT Pouring and Placing_
Responsibility:
- Prepare and provide estimates to customers for both commercial and residential projects.
- Lead project meetings, site visits, and make sure CanWest's policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required.
- Plan, implement, and monitor the construction plan
- Ensure documentation and billing are completed in a timely manner
Experience:
- Minimum of one year experience in the concrete cutting industry is required
- 12 years of experience in sales
- 12 years of experience in Project Management
- Ability to read construction drawings is required
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu is preferred.
- Standard office programs; Outlook, Excel, etc.
