Business Operations:
Ensures the integration of all business operations functions such as: sales, marketing, finance, operations, project management, MIS, legal, and human resources.
Builds strong business operations that formulates, negotiates, and implements contracts with the client and vendors.Analyzes financial performance indicators and market area activity. Targets key markets/prospects for business growth opportunities.

Creates, communicates, and supervises the vision, mission, strategy, objectives, business plan, budget, policies, and operating plans. Effective recruit, select, manage performance, develop, and retain of successful management staff to carry out the organization's mission. Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university required. Master's degree (MA, MS, or MBA) preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years comprehensive experience in commercial real estate project management.
- Expertise in construction sequencing methods
- Solid understanding of Industrial & Logistics sector with technical knowledge/capabilities.
The minimum salary for the Managing Director-Industrial & Logistics Sector position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Managing Director-Industrial & Logistics Sector is $220,000 annually.
