Participate in the budgeting process – develop, implement and manage the budget, forecast, inventory and operating cost for the various outlets to maximize revenue and manage expensesWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:2 years' in a hotel or restaurant industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory positionWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management, POS-Simphony)Proven creativity and inspiring food and beverages trends and best practicesProven ability to run multiple-outlets and experience operating multiple systems, training, and staff development operationsExpertise in building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization, particularly with operating, line supervisors, seasonal staff from a broad range of cultural and ethnic backgroundsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of Simphony or similar P.O.S.
