TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

Gulf Operators is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Saint John, N.B to join our Human Resources Team.

Gulf Operators Limited specializes in civil work such as concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, and aggregate production and sales.

This role offers a dynamic work environment where you'll interact with various civil trades and engineering roles, contributing to our recruitment efforts for different projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment aligning to KPI's.
  • Source and select talent through unique strategies.
  • Organize hiring events to promote brand and opportunities.
  • Understand business operations to attract talent effectively.
  • Participate in data analysis, training, and community engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or human resources.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to drive processes with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
