Join our dynamic sales team in the Western Canada Market, developing and optimizing the sales of Sleep & Respiratory products to a defined number of accounts with an in –depth understanding of the customer strategy.

Your role:

  • Direct Clinical Specialist and Respiratory Sales Specialists within their assigned geography
  • Represent and promote the full line of company product offerings contained in the Sleep and Home Respiratory Division to defined territories and customers within a geographic region
  • Make sales calls, ask for orders, work with customers to expand business opportunities, ensure products are properly presented and that customers are aware of product changes, new releases
  • Work with central office on price quotes, shipping, resolving order problems
  • Maintain CRM records of territory, customer order potential, status of sales in progress and provide feedback to management on a regular basis.
  • Regularly call on Homecare/DME/Pharmacy CEO's, Owners, CFO's, and Sleep Lab Directors, Physicians, and related management personnel to promote and sell diagnostic and therapeutic products through power messaging, consultative selling and strategic negotiation
  • Communicate a deep knowledge of MedSage services to applicable customers

You're the right fit if:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • BS/BA level degree in a discipline related to sales, marketing, general
    business, or clinical studies or certifications that are tied to the core market segments of the company, preferred
  • Minimum 3 years selling in a home care environment, for example, selling to durable medical equipment companies, home care dealers, physician offices, sleep labs, and discharge planners
  • Preference for experience with cardiopulmonary or respiratory products
  • Consultative selling skills is required
  • Ability to travel 50%

Total On-Target Earning (composed of base + target incentive) from 85% to 120% performance achievement of Target Incentive is $136,000 to $192,000 per year plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. On Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case
