As a senior advisor in process management orientation and practice, you will contribute to the design and improvement of business processes and the organization of activities and operations in relation to business models and organizational structures from the perspective of effective process management by their owners.


You will assume a leadership and influential role with process owners and various stakeholders in the context of files and projects involving strategic and complex, cross-functional and highly innovative development and interventions.

In this regard, you will contribute to the development and recommendation of approaches and business positioning with respect to best practices in process management.

The nature of the files requires extensive and in-depth expertise in your field of knowledge.

  • Participate in the implementation of a digital adoption platform solution;
  • Ensure seamless integration of the solution with other areas of expertise related to process management (i.e., performance management, risk management, data management, etc.);
  • Ensure the development of solutions by taking into account a feedback loop with the organization's users to improve the process management solutions for the benefit of our members and clients;
  • Collaborate in the implementation of management solutions and monitor the evolution of process management practices;
  • Develop and support the use of tools in support of the "Maestro" operations control approach;
  • Socialize and communicate with the communities and businesses involved in process management;
  • Represent your unit on various committees made up of members of senior management and the authorities;
  • Carry out various analyses (stakeholders, impacts, risks, etc.) and evaluations to define, among other things, the stakeholders, their concerns, the impacts, the risks and the ability of people to adapt to changes.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in software platform operationalization;
  • Mastery of process management concepts, including process mapping;
  • Specific requirements:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (green belt, black belt or other equivalent Lean certification);
  • Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and other tools (e.g., OPMI, Jira, BiZZdesign);
  • Mastery of recognized methodologies, tools and facilitation techniques in change management.
  • Communication with teams in French and English
