We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team of humble "misfits that fit".

ABOUT THE ROLE
Procurify is looking for an outgoing, and data focused person wo is passionate about end to end customer experience.

What you'll be working on

  • Set up, maintain, and reconcile customer accounts & issue invoices
  • Review contracts for new deals, expansions, contractions, and renewals & adjust invoices accordingly
  • Assist customers with account inquiries
  • Prepare financial statements on weekly & monthly basis (ie: AR Aging report & Monthly Closed report)
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to resolve any outstanding customer issues and continuously improve internal process
  • Support the accounting team on monthend accounting duties
  • Other related duties as assigned

Who we're looking for

  • 2+ years of relevant and progressive AR experience
  • Experience in the software/technology industry is an asset
  • Experience in recurring billing schedules and adjustments with complex account reconciliations
  • Ability to conduct timely collection of accounts while maintaining superior customer relationships
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with accounting systems (i.e. XERO, Quickbooks)
