We are currently looking for a Manager, Litigation & Valuation to join our Business Advisory team in Montreal.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cocoordinate engagements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop, train and coach junior team members.
  • Assist in developing practice strategy (department growth, best practices, etc.).
  • Deliver highquality client service.
  • Business valuations for M&A, restructuring, succession and tax planning, financial litigation and financial reporting.
  • Lead engagements on loss quantification and business valuation for dispute & litigation purposes.
  • Develop financial models in valuations.
  • Conduct company and industry research.
  • Identify key issues.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports (comprehensive, estimate, and calculation).
  • Perform financial diagnostics and/or independent business reviews.
  • Financial planning and forecasting.
  • Develop managerial tools such as key performance indicators, financial metrics, etc.
  • Develop budgeting and forecasting tools.
  • Prepare or review shortterm and longterm business plans.

What you need to succeed:

  • Professional designation (CPA, CBV) is preferred.
  • 3+ years of valuation experience in a service firm and 5+ years total experience in accounting and/or finance in a consulting and/or corporate environment.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver all valuation related services.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn and succeed in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional report writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
