About the RoleThe Manager of Franchise Operations plays a vital role in nurturing relationships with owners, understanding their goals, and recognizing the uniqueness of each hotel. By leveraging experience and network resources, the MFO enhances owners' performance through innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities- Drive franchisee satisfaction and goal achievement by encouraging owner involvement.
- Build trusted relationships with customers to enhance performance.
- Implement company initiatives and projects.
- Enhance overall performance through effective communication with hotels and owners.
- Analyze data to identify revenue opportunities and drive growth.
- Focus on retention and development opportunities to drive performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure organizational accountability.
- Achieve service, performance, and KPI goals.
- Prioritize personal and professional development.
- Promote the value of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
- Respond promptly to property-specific requests.
- Ability to work in hotel environments and while traveling.
- Flexible schedule with frequent travel.
- Handle pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills for various audiences.
- Physical ability to perform property inspections.
- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Multi-property experience and industry certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
