Job Description:

1st position Part time
- Customer service
- serving breakfast and lunch to our customers,
- helping with cleaning and basic prep work.

2nd position Part time
- making sandwiches and wraps

- making desserts and snacks
- cleaning and basic prep
- **To access the site you need to have a car or a transportation mode
- No bus or transport are available**.
Qualifications:
About You
During your mandate, you will be responsible for helping serve breakfast and lunch, preparing the necessary cooking for the services while following the instructions of the chef manager, guaranteeing the smooth running of the services while following the instructions of the chef manager and ensuring the optimal use of the food.
You will be responsible for maintaining adequate communication with other team members, always keeping your work area clean and ensuring that everything is done according to the health and food safety standards of the MAPAQ as well as those established by management.
You will be required to properly identify and date all food items and participate in any other related tasks that may be requested by the supervisor from time to time.
- Make sandwiches, prep for the next shift, restock and keep the fridge and freezer organize and clean à
- Follow the food safety standards and the brand standards
- Do the daily cleaning of the equipment and designated areas
- Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be requested by the supervisor
- Responsible for performing work according to safe work practices by learning the safe way to do a job and seeking instructions when in doubt
- Excellent customer service
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years related experience in this position, attention to detail, ability to work independently (will work alone in the kitchen for the first few hours of operation in the morning).
