As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with prospects.

You will be responsible for initiating and managing sales conversations, conducting product demos, and building a pipeline of qualified leads.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously seek to improve your sales skills and knowledge.

Note:

This is a hybrid opportunity for someone based in Vancouver, BC (50% in our beautiful water-front Gastown office, 50% from home).

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate information to prospects speaking to new people every day and building relationships excites you
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects
  • Experience using Hubspot, Intercom, sales automation tools, and other salesrelated software
  • You obsess about the details and getting them right
  • You have strong time management skills and are able to work independently
  • You question the status quo, take ownership of your work, and proactively identify and address issues and opportunities
  • You like to work collaboratively and have a great sense of humour
  • You are ambitious, yet humble and quick to support your fellow teammates

Bonus points for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a startup environment working with a small team
  • Experience in the coworking and/or commercial real estate industry

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, as well as our target market and industry trends
  • Identify prospects' needs and pain points, and offer solutions to address them
  • Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of the platform
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, and effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, and ensure timely and accurate followup on sales leads
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and opportunities in Hubspot
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends in coworking and B2B sales, and continuously seek to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals
