Responsibilities:

  • Process new employee documentation and benefits enrolments
  • Maintain detailed records for payroll changes (salary/ rate changes, benefits changes, address changes, etc.)
  • Prepare a variety of forms and correspondence
  • Assist with payroll department projects
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, policies, etc.
  • Provide backup to other staff as needed
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • University degree (Preferably in Business or Human Resources)
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) either completed or working towards certification
  • 1+ year of office experience (payroll or HR related preferred)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of UKG is preferred
