Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Technical Finance capabilities to support reinsurance brokers and clients without interruptions.
  • Enhance team skills in analytics, research, and database management.
  • Ongoing maintenance and development of analytical tools within the Technical Finance team.
  • Assist the Senior Vice President of Technical Finance in inter-departmental communications for project management purposes.
  • Stay updated on rating agency guidelines, advisories, and methodologies.
  • Work with financial data to create company and industry peer perspective analysis.
  • Create concise and reviewable working files, presentation materials, and reports for distribution.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements for Success:

  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Adaptability to changing deadlines and requirements.
  • Strong work ethic and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Good documentation, validation, and checking skills.
