Training pay is $25 hourly. Base salary is $50k per year plus a commission structure, based on sales performance.

If you are ambitious, you could earn upwards of $110k annually (base + commissions) This is a position where your earnings will directly reflect your time and efforts.

Sales Representative Expectations:

  • You will participate in home shows and industry events in order to build relationships, network and generate leads.
  • While we will provide a portion of your leads, you will be responsible for finding and contacting prospective customers and developing your own network to selfgenerate new sales leads.
  • You will run appointments for customers and close deals while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • You'll be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of our products and services.
  • You will conduct onsite inspections to evaluate the conditions and requirements for potential projects, gathering all the necessary information to generate an accurate quote.
  • You'll be utilizing our software systems daily to submit reports, provide feedback, enter data, log project details and track communication.
  • We will rely on you to create material order and work orders, and you will partner closely with the Production Team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution.
  • You'll be working at a fast pace to sell construction projects and will need to adapt quickly to ensure we keep current clients happy, follow up with prospects and keep a pipeline of new clients full.
  • You will "close the loop" at the conclusion of each project by handling invoices, updating our CRM, collecting payment and asking for referrals and an online review.
  • When challenges arise, you will maintain a positive attitude and a calm demeanor as you work towards a solution.
  • YOU WILL GET ON A ROOF you'll need to be able to move the ladder and climb as needed. We will provide training.

Sales Representative Skills and Experience:

  • Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving abstract, as you will be driving a company vehicle
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • 12 years of customer service experience
  • 12 years of sales experience
  • Experience in home design is a BIG plus
  • Experience in the construction
