  • Provide unit management with information, analysis, and expert insights to address challenges and guide the business toward growth, performance optimization, and sustained profitability.
  • Encourage colleagues to utilize business cases for identifying, assessing, and seizing business opportunities that arise, ensuring a solid retail foundation and expanding the current customer base.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and evaluate benefits, costs, and investments to secure a favorable return on investment and develop high-quality business cases.
  • Explore more efficient and cost-effective work methodologies, identifying growth and cost-saving potentials through benchmarking, pursuing continuous enhancements, and bridging performance gaps.
  • Support unit and workforce planning and operations with business navigation expertise to facilitate informed decision-making in daily tasks.
  • Contribute to the financial business planning process by aligning the financial plan with BPL priorities and ensuring adherence to IKEA group risk manual guidelines and local legislation.
  • Lead and coordinate the financial monitoring and forecasting procedures in the unit, following the global business navigation yearly cycle.
  • Deliver pertinent, user-friendly business data, advocate for standardized reporting, and ensure succession planning for critical roles.
  • Leverage a multidimensional approach, utilizing all available information and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and promote a better home life.

The starting salary for this role is $66,000 annually.
