DXP / IPS is seeking an
Operations Coordinator, who is analytical, has excellent attention to detail along with excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal person for this role is someone who can works well with others, who is reliable and can calmly adapt to change.

Responsibilities are:

  • Communicating with the field medics to schedule rotations and change outs
  • Working with client representatives to ensure satisfaction on work sites
  • Monitoring all medic issues, complaints and challenges and directing them accordingly to Manager of Operations and/or Human Resources.
  • Booking medic flights as required
  • On Call, during evenings and weekends for jobs, change outs, or client requests
  • Liaise between sales and operations to ensure accuracy of each job and satisfy client requirements as per pricing or bid proposals
  • Work closely with dispatch colleagues
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees

Position Requirements

  • Experience in Industrial medicine, dispatch or logistics (asset)
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with competing tasks
  • Ability to problem solve, quickly and efficiently to identify the root causes, and make decisions within guidelines and policies
  • Ability to work and take independent action when required.
  • Ability to deal with difficult people and varied personalities
  • Ability to deal with multiple challenges and prioritize
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to gain trust, influence and be a reliable and consistent contributor to the team.
