SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the team in some of the following areas:

  • Perform implementation and maintenance of multiple product modules
  • Contribute to planning and design meetings
  • Research and develop solutions to problems discovered by QA or product support
  • Implement automated tests, analyze software performance, perform feature verification
  • Assist with ongoing research projects as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Motivated 3rd or 4th year engineering, mathematics, or computer science student with experience and interest in software development
  • Interested in learning about scientific computing and numerical methods
  • A solid understanding of C++ and Python programming languages

BENEFICIAL SKILLS

  • Experienced with Ansys or other CAE tools or interested in learning about CAE
  • Knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters and job schedulers, parallel computing using Message Passing Interface (MPI)
  • Familiarity with largescale commercial software development environment is beneficial
