Aerotek is hiring Mechanical & Electrical Assemblers in Surrey, BC

Description:

The assembler will be responsible for final stage finishing, accessory additions, and repairs on new and used light duty buses.

PRIMARY DUTIES:


• Completing production work


• Fitting and installation of electrical systems


• Working with Automotive Type A/C & 12V electrical systems


• Read drawings, blueprints, schematics, and code specifications.


• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues


• Repairs on new and used vehicles/busses.


• Installing finishing and accessories on vehicles/busses


• Running diagnostic tests on vehicles/busses


• Floor repairs - (made of plywood)


• Shop cleanup as needed


• Ac compressors in the summer


• AC performance testing

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:


• 2-5 years of Mechanical and Electrical Assembly experience on Automotive, RVs and/or busses


• Steel Toe Work Boots


• Computer literate

SHIFT TIMES:

  • Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

PAY:

  • $25-$35 per hour
