  • Soutient les nouveaux arrivants et/ou réfugiés dans la reconnaissance des titres de compétences étrangers
  • Propose des programmes de mentorat qui jumellent les nouveaux arrivants et/ou réfugiés à des employés expérimentés
  • Dispense des formations sur la diversité et le multiculturalisme pour créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les nouveaux arrivants et/ou les réfugiésSoutien aux jeunes
  • Participe à un programme ou une initiative gouvernementale ou communautaire qui soutient l'emploi des jeunes
  • Propose une formation sur le tas adaptée aux jeunes
  • Offre des programmes de mentorat, de coaching et/ou des opportunités de réseautage pour les jeunes
