We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Clerk to join our team at our Seating Division in Kitchener reporting to our Director of Operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prints and organize work packets for manufacturing.
  • Data Entry generating daily and monthly reports as required.
  • Back flushes picklists.
  • Interdivisional bin transfers and stock adjustments between locations.
  • Generates daily and monthly reports for material. Ex., Hardwood, Corian, panels, headers, sheet stock.
  • Inventory control assist with reconciliation of transactions.
  • Coordinates bunk building from Distribution and Bunk Kan Ban system between Manitou and Distribution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Performs all responsibilities/services in accordance with the company Quality Assurance procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years office experience.
  • Computer and keyboard skills are required.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
