We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Clerk to join our team at our Seating Division in Kitchener reporting to our Director of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prints and organize work packets for manufacturing.
- Data Entry generating daily and monthly reports as required.
- Back flushes picklists.
- Interdivisional bin transfers and stock adjustments between locations.
- Generates daily and monthly reports for material. Ex., Hardwood, Corian, panels, headers, sheet stock.
- Inventory control assist with reconciliation of transactions.
- Coordinates bunk building from Distribution and Bunk Kan Ban system between Manitou and Distribution.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Performs all responsibilities/services in accordance with the company Quality Assurance procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years office experience.
- Computer and keyboard skills are required.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
