Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive and exceptional experience in a timely manner with superior attention to detail
  • Be knowledgeable about all menu items in order to make recommendations and answer questions
  • Knowledgeable about each function, knowing what is being offered, as well as the general timing of events
  • Assist coworkers as necessary in order to provide outstanding service
  • Assist with room setup and tear down, in addition to other cleaning responsibilities
  • Follow all opening and closing procedures ensuring all areas are tidy and organized
  • Complete opening, closing and sideduties accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all policies, procedures and safety guidelines, to ensure responsible service
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

  • 1 2 years of related serving experience is a MUST
  • Previous customer service experience with outstanding attention to detail
  • Must be a team player who is willing to provide an exceptional experience to our membership and guests
  • ProServe certification
  • Must be able to work morning, day and night shifts as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary:
From $15.00 per hour
