_THE ROLE_

  • Field Education Trainer is a unique role that supports and helps grow salon business through directed Education and the GotoMarket strategies of Wella Professionals, a division of the Wella Company. This role will be assigned to support a designated geographical territory._

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
- _Conduct education seminars, salon education plans (JEP's), salon visits, area events and shows as directed by the Regional Education Manager, Sales Meetings, Tailor Made Education, Store Visits, Store Seminars, sales prospecting (detailing), support Wella Rewards Salon touch points, deliver virtual education, drive social media to build following_
- _Lead and ensure success of new initiatives_
- _Lead trainings and launch new materials to existing and new salon customers, sales partners, and local Brand Educators_
- _Execute trainings, events and shows_
- _Ensure success of all major events, activities, and conversions in the assigned geographical area _
- _Organize, plan, and conduct Education activities and events to generate sales of Wella and all brands associated to the Wella Company_
- _Collaborate with external partners (All distribution channels)_
- _Build positive working relationships with assigned accounts to ensure growth of Wella and all brands associate to the Wella Company._
- _Support and partner with Sales in creating customer loyalty and new customer acquisition_
- _Participate National / divisional meetings and trainings (Virtual and Live)_
- _Attend national and divisional company meetings to learn about promotions and activities, development of new technical and sales techniques, and new product introductions_

_QUALIFICATIONS_
- _Reporting skills - maintain activity reports, expense reports, itineraries, or any other miscellaneous or requested written reports_
- _Robust Presentation skills_
- _Active on Social Media_
- _Maintain professional and fashionable image_
- _Ability to energize, engage and enable customers / salons when conducting seminars and trainings_
- _Flexibility and adaptability to change _
- _Good oral and written communication skills_
- _Minimum 3 years of salon experience_
- _Minimum 2 years demonstrating, teaching or presentation experience preferred_
- _Must possess valid cosmetology license within the province of residence_
- _Must possess a valid drivers license and ability to drive and travel long distances for extended periods_
