Our team is located at 73 Leikin Drive in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven), in a modern building with plenty of free parking, convenient access to bus routes immediately outside of the building, free use of a gym, and a cafeteria onsite. Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff two positions in Ottawa (Ontario) on an indeterminate basis, with a linguistic profile of Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC and an Enhanced Reliability Status / Enhanced Reliability Status with Top Secret Security clearance.

A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the RCMP in the National Capital Region on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with Bilingual Imperative CBC linguistic profile and various RCMP security clearances. Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM

Information you must provide In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.

Experience providing recommendations to senior management.

Experience coordinating and creating information/data governance policies, procedures and guidelines.

Experience developing enterprise training program to increase the information/data literacy in an Organization.

Experience developing and maintaining networks with other program areas within an Organization, other Institutions, Agencies, Sectors and data governance stakeholders .

Experience managing human resources.

Knowledge of the Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada Policy on Service and Digital and supporting instruments
Knowledge of Government of Canada Data Governance requirements

Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary school program with acceptable specialization in social science, statistics, library/archival work, or a law-related field.

Experience developing strategies in the context of data governance.
