The main purpose of this position will be to manage 20-30 company and franchise projects (new build and reimage) valued at million per year. The position has emphasis on managing: people; communication; resources; and problems over high-profile projects. The CM role is responsible for managing Wendy's Company Built to Suite (BTS), and Franchisees' Projects, having the franchisee as an external "client"; acting as a guardian of the Wendy's brand providing high quality brand compliant projects; and keeping project schedule and budget controls for all projects.

We encourage leveraging technology and remote communication tools, travel is required ~50% of the time. Must be bilingual English/French. Preferred location is Qubec or Montreal, can be flexible.

Background in QSR and Food & Beverage preferred.

Vous avez l'opportunité de soutenir la croissance de Wendy's sur le marché canadien en gérant la construction de nouveaux restaurants Wendy's et les réimaginations sur l'ensemble du cycle de développement, de la diligence raisonnable et de l'étude du site à la gestion de la conception, de l'approvisionnement et de l'appel d'offres à la construction et à l'après-construction. Ce poste exige de grandes capacités d'organisation et de communication pour superviser plusieurs projets de grande envergure, interagir avec nos franchisés et les soutenir, créer des réseaux d'entrepreneurs et de fournisseurs, et gérer les consultants et les entrepreneurs.

L'objectif principal de ce poste est de gérer entre 20 et 30 projets d'entreprises et de franchises (nouvelles constructions et réimagination) d'une valeur de 35 à 45 millions de dollars par an. Le poste met l'accent sur la gestion : des personnes; de la communication; des ressources; et des problèmes liés à des projets de grande envergure. Le titulaire du poste est chargé de gérer les projets de la société Wendy's Built to Suite (BTS) et des franchisés, le franchisé étant un « client » externe. Il agit en tant que gardien de la marque Wendy's en fournissant des projets de haute qualité conformes à la marque et en contrôlant le calendrier et le budget de tous les projets.

**Responsibilities**
Company Projects / BTS: The CMs will manage the entire development cycle including: due diligence; site investigations; sourcing, hiring and supervising architects and engineers; managing the project through entitlements (zoning, architectural review boards, city councils) and building permits; writing scopes of work for each project; sourcing, hiring, bidding, selecting and contracting with general contractors; utilities upgrades; construction supervision; turnover to operations; and post construction.

Franchisee Projects: The CM will use their Wendy's knowledge and development expertise to perform projects for franchisees paying a fee for these services. This program requires a great emphasis on customer service
