To achieve success in this position you will;Use evidence based selling to drive sales and provide up to date product information You will provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management.You will communicate to management on a regular basis the status of your team's skill development, activity and sales performance.Action a strategic plan for your territory that incorporates reach and frequency targets Actively participate in team meetings and proactively share best practices and field insights Complete all administrative tasks including call reporting and expense reporting within the designated timeframes Meet (and exceed) your sales targets & KPIFollow company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacovigilance and adverse event reportingWhat you bring to the table... 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experienceNo previous pharmaceutical management experience required.
