WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Responsible to the Director of Medicine, the Manager provides direction and support for the day-to day operations and facilitates the on-going development of department staff and is responsible for meeting the planning objectives of A4, Amputee Clinic, Hand Therapy Clinic, Pulmonary Rehab Clinic and Outpatient Stroke Clinic.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or a Health Care related field.
  • Three to five years' related clinical and/or management experience related to service preferred
  • Membership and active participation in a relevant professional association
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, and patients/families.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives within specified time frames.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and change management skills.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education.
  • Membership and participation in a relevant professional organization.
