About

Remitbee is seeking an SEO Specialist with a demonstrated track record of driving leads to the website and app downloads through search engine optimization, and the ability to convert those leads into actual customers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in achieving results and managing administrative duties related to SEO. This role requires a deep understanding of how search engines work in a rapidly changing AI tech and fintech remittance market environment.Applicants will be selected based on the submission of a self-video and resumeDepending on how fast the visa is obtained, the opportunity will be remote starting July 1 then in-person in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.Remote Salary may be different than the in person amount.

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sound quarterly SEO strategy and provide a written plan along with steps to execute and monitor it.
  • Take responsibility for a small team and delegate tasks to achieve collective SEO results for Remitbee.
  • Improve organic search traffic to the Remitbee website by 50% within the first 6 months.
  • Increase conversion rates from organic search traffic by 10% within the first year.
  • Enhance keyword rankings for priority keywords, leading to a 20% increase in top 3 rankings within the first year.
  • Implement and manage a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, resulting in a 100% increase in organic leads from content within the first year.
  • Conduct regular audits of the website's SEO health, identifying and addressing any technical issues affecting performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of the marketing strategy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on SEO performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future strategy.
