Job Information

Essential Responsibilities

  • Transport drilling equipment to and from location
  • Conduct preoperational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment.
  • Read/Interpret maps, designs, and locates
  • Safely operates directional drilling equipment and locating tools

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years previous directional drilling/locating experience
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Have valid safety certificates (First Aid, Ground Disturbance)
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Vermeer experience is an asset
  • Previous experience in telecommunications is an asset

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
