Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire Santé Sécurité expérimenté ayant la vision et le leadership pour jeter les bases de notre programme de gestion de la santé, sécurité et environnement dans un contexte où l'innovation est omniprésente et l'équipe croît très rapidement.

Le défi consistera à chapeauter la création, la modification et à la mise en œuvre de divers systèmes, politiques et programmes de formation en santé et de sécurité et gestion environnementale. Le (la) gestionnaire devra établir les priorités d'implantation des différents outils pour identifier, réduire ou éliminer les risques associés aux opérations qui se déploient. Il (Elle) dirigera le développement et la gestion des initiatives de sécurité sur le lieu de travail et sera responsable de la promotion, de l'implantation initiale et du maintien d'une culture sécuritaire dans toute l'entreprise tout en maintenant une grande adaptabilité pour demeurer agile afin que le programme soit compatible avec la réalité de Taiga.

**Responsabilités**
- Établir la vision globale d'implantation de tous les outils associés à la santé, sécurité et à l'environnement dans les lieux et activités de Taiga.
- Faire une évaluation globale des risques pour prioriser les mesures préventives et coordonner les plans d'action avec les différents groupes concernés.
- Rédiger et assurer l'exécution et l'implantation rapide et efficiente des plans d'action et des objectifs en matière de SST et environnement.
- Élaborer et faire appliquer les politiques de SST (par exemple, le processus de déclaration des accidents)
- Chapeauter l'élaboration un plan d'action d'urgence et servir de contact principal pour notifier une évacuation.
- Développer et maintenir le programme de formation annuel détaillé pour tous les groupes d'employés concernés.
- Définir les indicateurs de performance clé en santé, sécurité et environnement. Travailler avec les autres directeurs pour gérer, surveiller et améliorer les normes de santé et de sécurité sur le lieu de travail en fonction de la complexité des opérations, fournir des commentaires et des conseils.
- Exécuter des audits et suggérer des améliorations aux programmes de santé et de sécurité de l'entreprise.
- Gérer les réclamations de la CNESST
- Coordonner et assister aux réunions du comité de santé et sécurité ;
- Diriger les procédures d'enquête sur les accidents
- Superviser la tenue des registres des incidents liés à la sécurité et proposer des actions correctives, autoriser les dépenses en santé et sécurité.
- S'assurer que l'entreprise est légalement conforme à toutes les législations en matière de santé et de sécurité.
- Intervenir dans les activités ou opérations dangereuses s'il y a lieu, être un agent de changement faisant la promotion active et constructive des bonnes pratiques et du respect des règles, procédures et normes au quotidien.
- Assurer la liaison avec les organismes officiels de réglementation et leur faire rapport sur les questions de santé et de sécurité au travail.
- Être responsable des performances en matière de santé et de sécurité.

**Exigence**
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans le domaine santé et sécurité, ainsi qu'en formation et éducation des employés, dans l'industrie manufacturière (automobile de préférence)
- Grande autonomie, sens de l'initiative et des responsabilités.
- Certificat en santé et sécurité (atout)
- Expérience en évaluation des risques et leur gestion
- Compétences en matière de gestion de crise et de résolution de problèmes
- Leadership, capacité d'influence positive, excellentes compétences en communication et conseil.
- Diligent, bonne vision globale et esprit d'analyse
- Connaissance approfondie des directives et pratiques en matière de SST
- Expérience dans la rédaction de rapports et l'élaboration de politiques
- Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation en SST
- Maîtrise de MS Office
- Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la SST, des méthodes et des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).
- La maitrise du Francais ecrit et parle est exigee
