Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Skin Quality based in Markham, Ontario (hybrid / 3-days in-office). This full-time role reports to the Head of Marketing.

The selected candidate will lead the strategy in addressing a key patient need - enhancing skin quality. This involves managing the SkinMedica, Skinvive, and Latisse brands directly, and contributing to the introduction of new products in 2025 and beyond. These products play a crucial role in our patients' lives and our customers' practices. The Product Manager will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering value to Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners, their patients, and the Allergan Medical Aesthetics business.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategy for the Skin Quality portfolio commercial execution, creating cohesive brand strategies and alignment for customers and patients.
  • Lead planning for Skinvive and SkinMedica brands, collaborating with various teams to achieve common brand goals.
  • Ensure field-level execution aligns with strategic goals and plans.
  • Establish clear brand KPIs, analyze performance, and communicate findings to management.
  • Develop tools to drive SkinMedica growth with customers and consumers effectively.
  • Collaborate with International Marketing & Strategic Operations to align solutions with Canadian priorities and regulations.
  • Foster synergies with other businesses in the Medical Aesthetics portfolio.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support brand objectives.
  • Inspire field sales teams with innovative tools and programs.
Qualifications

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and prioritization abilities.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance performance.
  • Excellent marketing skills, including data analytics and strategy development.
  • Resourceful and hands-on with a keen interest in the Aesthetics industry.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in science or business.
  • Minimum of six years of Marketing experience in CPG or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Health Canada regulated industries, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetic, or Medical Aesthetics.
  • Flexibility for travel (~ 20%).
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
