How will you contribute to the team?

  • Communicate with Billing agent for monthly invoicing (Billing Estimate & Draft Invoice) and any updates on both OPG and GE Project.
  • Prepare final invoice as per Client's contractual requirements, as per monthly calendar.
  • Ensure fringe and overheads are correctly invoiced.
- calculate Fixed Fee at Risk against each transaction as per OPG' s requirement and include on the invoice.
- map invoice transactions and prepare invoice by Control Account/ Work Package as per client forecast.
- keep a Cumulative track of Invoiced total amount and Fixed Fee at Risk.

  • Provide Backup for the Invoice for Labour and Expenses to OPG (Prepare a separate file from the Invoice working file for both Labour and Expense).
- enter invoice in client system.

  • Support Cash tracking.
  • Communicate with customer Finance team for the invoice related communication/questions.
  • Procurement POs/Invoices.
  • Track Procurement POs / Vendors.
  • Prepare Tracking sheet for all the POs and Vendors.
  • Obtain approval with coding on the Invoices for the Procurement / Vendor POs.
- update the tracker file for the invoices received and payments done to the Vendors.
