Training - Dev/Instructor

Job Function:

Assist in the development and design of training programs, including e-learning, for internal and external staff involved in electricity transmission and distribution.

  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and technical specialists to create training materials and reports.
  • Analyze performance issues and training requirements to recommend program improvements and ensure efficient program operations.
  • Setup classrooms, simulations, and training materials; provide guidance to students; and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain training evaluation tools to measure trainee performance.
  • Review internal training methodologies to enhance industry best practices and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with external training delivery agents to support training operations.
  • Perform other necessary duties.

Selection Criteria:

Education:

  • Knowledge of distance learning technologies and training theory.
  • Understanding of electricity, mechanics, physics, and power systems.
  • Proficiency in English for presentations and reports.
  • Minimum three years of university education in business administration or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Field experience in electrical technical areas.
  • Experience in coordinating training programs and ensuring compliance with safety practices.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
