Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with Airside Customers on a regular face to face basis.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform customer verifications.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Manage administration.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Ability to obtain required security clearance & AVOP(Airside Vehicle Operators Permit)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of HACCP
- Upholds company policies and safety standards.
Knowledge And Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in Final Assembly and/or Customer Service
- Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen and commissary procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written), who demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and works well in highpressure situations.
- Ability to work independently, organizes work to ensure full proficiency and productivity is achieved
- Ability to handle high volume of work and maintain confidentiality.
- Selfmotivated, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, honesty and mutual respect.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and kitchen and commissary procedures, some lifting and carrying (approx. 15lbs) is required.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts as per customer's requirement and collective bargaining agreement.
- Must be able to obtain required security clearance and AVOP from CSIS AND GTAA.
- Must be in possession of a valid driver's license and a recent driver abstract.
Working Conditions:
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noises
- This is a physically demanding position
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
